We will cover the basics of fungal biology and how it pertains to cultivation, the three most common outdoor growing practices, how to keep your mushrooms going from year-to-year, how to get the mushrooms to fruit, and how to harvest. We will end the day on a discussion of what to do with mushrooms you harvest, whether edible or not. Tickets are $80.00 each, though scholarships are available for those needing financial assistance.
