Who wants to travel to Greece and learn about Greek culture, food and mushrooms?

We usually stay pretty local, but this is a chance to appreciate an influential and mycophilic culture that we couldn't miss! This trip is led by our friend Olga Tzogas, and we cannot wait for the amazing home cooked flavors, exciting views and plethora of fungi. This will be our second time helping tour her home country with Olga, who has thoughtfully put together an itinerary based on places and relationships she’s cultivated over the years. Some of our favorite times from the last trip were:

-soaking in the sun on beautiful beaches,

-gathering ripe pomegranates,

-grilling wild-foraged mushrooms over an open fire (with olive oil, salt, and lemon juice, yum!),

-hiking in the stunning mountains of Tzoumerka,

-finding many rare and unusual mushrooms,

-listening to beautiful traditional music.
