Description:
Grow your own gourmet shiitake mushrooms! You will learn how to make up you own shiitake inoculated log. We will cover the process of how to go from log to food source. The mycelium turns wood into gourmet mushrooms. You will have food to eat in 6 months to 1 year. These logs will fruit multiple times over the course of a couple of years. Shiitakes account for 25% of the worlds cultivated mushrooms.
